Top deck spacers are a type of chair used for suspended slabs or slabs on the ground. For any applications that require a plastic chair over 90 mm in height, the deck spacer is an ideal solution. It is primarily used to provide reinforcing on exposed outdoor slabs.

The size of the chair determines the mesh height during pour. Each combination bar chair suits two mesh heights. Available in packs of 100 for trade use and concrete contractors, these chairs are strong and durable. Using tie wire to fix all the reinforcement together increases the likelihood that it will remain in place during concrete pour.

Top deck spacers support both top mesh and top reinforcing bars during construction of suspended decks. They are also useful for precast and tilt up panels. Top deck spacers have a small surface area to leave a minimal footprint. The plastic bar chair will not rust and offers a combination of heights. Bottom deck spacers are also available from Jaybro.
