Pizza plates are used in combination with metal bar chairs or metal spider chairs to provide support for the bar chairs on soft surfaces. They help prevent the legs of the wire spacer from sinking into the ground by evenly distributing the weight over a greater area. Concrete pizza plates are ideal for slab on ground applications as a bar chair base plate. We also stocks wire bar chairs, used in conjunction with the pizza plates to provide support for reinforcing mesh and bar when laying concrete slab or formwork.
