Product Description

Megapoxy 36 Gun Grade is a gunnable road marker adhesive. It is a two component epoxy compositions for bonding ceramic and plastic reflective markers to bitumen and concrete surfaces. Megapoxy has a working time of 3 min (at 23°C) and reaches cohesive strength in 30mins. The advantage of the 600mL Dispensing Gun is the high efficiency and accuracy when applying to smaller objects. Also, the consistent mix at thecorrect ratio and minimal exposure of the product to the air means less waste product. Megapoxy 36 gun grade adhesive is a rapid setting formulation for use by hand mixing as well as machine dispensing. Megapoxy 36 conforms to all the requirements of RTA specification 3554 Adhesives for Raised Pavement Markers. Also approved by Transport SA.

APPLICATION

Mixing:

Mix 1 part resin to 1 part hardener by volume until it is a uniform colour.

Clean Up:

Before Megapoxy sets, rinse and flush equipment with Megapoxy Thinners.
