Product Description

Concure X90 is a blend of resins and surfactants emulsified in water and is specially formulated to cure freshly laid concrete. The impervious film formed by Concure X90 prevents excessive water evaporation, promotes efficient cement hydration, minimises shrinkage whilst increasing durability of the concrete surface.

Due to it’s formulation and blend of resins, Concure X90 will begin to break down after 7 days UV exposure and, if applied at the specified application rates, will totally oxidise and leave the surface (subject to UV exposure) within 45 - 55 days of the application. This reduces the need for surface cleaning in preparation for after trades.

APPLICATION

Surface Preparation:

Apply Concure X90 to the concrete as soon as the bleed water has gone and the new concrete has hardened sufficiently so as not to be marked by the application process.

Placement:

Apply Concure X90 undiluted at a rate of 5m2 per litre. Best applied by spray, however, may also be applied by brush, roller or broom.

Clean Up:

Remove from tools and equipment with water.

Storage:

Shelf life of 12 months if kept in a dry store in original, unopened packs.

Yield:

Concure X90 covers 5 square metres per litre.
