Black Layflat Hose, 50 mm or 2" ID. Sold by the metre in continuous lengths up to 100 metres. Standard lengths are 20 metres and 100 metres, or we can supply a custom length of hose complete with fittings for your requirements.

Suitable for general discharge of water in heavy agriculture and industrial applications.

Black layflat hose has a Safety Factor of 3:1, meaning that the burst pressure is three times the operating pressure of this hose. With a temperature range of -10 degrees Celcius to +80 degrees Celcius, it is ideal for heavy duty washdown, watering and dewatering in agriculture applications and for general industrial processes. Ideal for when water needs to be moved to considerably higher or lower elevations.

Layflat hose is constructed from black synthetic rubber with a polyester-polyamide textile filament and can stand up to the rigors of harsh weather, prolonged exposure to full sun, and low temperature fluid transfer. When under pressure, lay flat hoses adopt a tubular appearance, but when hoses are discharged they return to a flat profile therefore allowing for easy transport and handling. Layflat hoses are easy to pack away when note in use, saving valuable storage space.

Additionally, hoses do not require drying time. They can be rolled up for transportation and storage immediately after use due to their rugged construction.
